I’ve worked as a therapist in private practice for 10 years serving the community of Houma, LA. I was born and raised in Galliano before moving to Thibodaux where I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degree from Nicholls State University. I have been a licensed professional counselor since 2012.
I’ve also worked as a high school counselor for the past 13 years. I’ve had a front row seat to the difficulties teens face during this time. Learning coping skills as a teen sets the stage for becoming a healthy, well-adjusted adult.
While therapy with me will be all about you, I want to assure you that I do the work too. Through continuing education and my own focus on wellness, I prioritize my professional and personal growth so that I can provide you with the support you need to reach your goals for wellness.
